Introduction
The Double Throw Barbarian throws two weapons at once and the projectiles bounce between nearby enemies, clearing dense packs from range. Its damage comes almost entirely from the weapons, so Enhanced Damage, Critical Strike, and Attack Rating matter more than extra skill levels. Frenzy keeps attack and movement speed high, and Grim Ward adds damage once enemies survive longer.
Skill Allocation
How to spend your points
- Play Double Swing in the opening levels, then switch to throwing once Double Throw is available.
- Replace an outdated throwing weapon right away, since weapon upgrades matter more than extra skill items.
- Develop Throwing Mastery alongside your main attack to keep damage and attack rating solid.
- Use Frenzy charges from short melee bursts, then throw from range until Double Throw, Throwing Mastery, Frenzy and Grim Ward are maxed.
- Put remaining points into Grim Ward, and move some later points into Battle Orders if you want more survivability.

Final Thoughts
This build suits players who enjoy chasing throwing weapons and damage upgrades and can manage attack rating and Frenzy uptime. Without strong weapons and damage charms it stays well below its potential.
